I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than 10 years of experience helping adults and teens work through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationships, and major life transitions.

MY APPROACH
Thoughtful Counseling with Direction
Experience has taught me that meaningful change begins with understanding—understanding what has happened, what keeps repeating, and what matters most as you move forward.
Counseling should offer more than a place to talk. It should help you understand what is happening, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and move toward meaningful change.

I bring compassionate understanding, careful clinical judgment, and a structured approach to our work. Together, we will slow things down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and identify practical steps that respect your values, relationships, and responsibilities.

Personal Understanding
Significant grief and hardship touched my life long before I became a counselor. Those experiences taught me how profoundly loss can shape a person’s sense of safety, relationships, and future. They also taught me that healing cannot be hurried—and that strength does not mean carrying everything alone.

I do not assume that my experiences are the same as yours. They do help me remain present with pain, uncertainty, and complicated emotions without rushing toward easy answers.
