Family Counseling Across Generations
A family is a little like your favorite band. It has many players, cooperating to create one toe-tapping tune. But sometimes a member is off - key, and the harmony in the family is lost.
Family Therapy for Growing Families
You want to enjoy your family, but most evenings erupt into chaos. One child refuses to eat, another has a meltdown completing homework. Your teenager is defiant. You and your spouse argue about how to fix this. You worry you're failing your family. Maybe family counseling is worth a shot.
Getting Along As Adults
You get off the phone with your dad. He is hot! Your brother has been stirring the pot again. He can never just go along to get along. This time he's announced that he won't be able to make it for Christmas dinner. You feel resentful. You've always gone out of your way to keep the family together. It always seems to fall on you. You wonder how you can get them all into family counseling.
Family Counseling Benefits Multiple Generations
You want to end the icy silence, arguing, and turmoil in your family. There are secretive things that confuse you and old resentments that you don't understand. The air needs to be cleared. Learn to model good behavior now for a healthier family tomorrow with the help of a family counselor.
Family Therapists Bind Up Wounds & Teach Boundaries
A family counselor can help your family finally talk about those things that have been swept under the rug. Instead of ignoring painful emotions, a family therapist can teach your family how to work through them. This is about breaking the chain of dysfunction so that the next generation can be free.
Dysfunctional families have trouble knowing where they stop and others begin."

Hi, I'm Kim.
I know that families have challenges. For me and my family, those challenges came when both of my siblings died. One at the age of 5 months and the other at the age of 20 years. Circumstances like this can put great strain on a family. With a little help from family counseling, people can begin to look out for one another again.
