I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than 10 years of experience helping adults and teens work through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationships, and major life transitions.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and clinically grounded. When desired, counseling can incorporate a Catholic Christian understanding of the person and the healing process. Clients of all faith backgrounds—or none—are welcome.

Fees & Payment
$130 per session. Credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards are accepted. I do not bill insurance directly. A superbill is provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
